| Terms & Conditions : |
- The '4 days & 3 nights' package entitles the holder to complimentary accommodation (Stay Only) for a couple and two children (below eight years of age) at any of the hotels or resorts listed herein.
- Processing Charges of Rs.250/- per night are to be paid, on request by countrywide, thought a demand draft payable at New Delhi in the name of Country wide Holidays Pvt. Ltd.
- Minimum 30 days clear advance notice is required with the First, Second and Third Choice of destinations and dates to process the booking. Please ensure that you have submitted three different destinations and three optional check-in dates. Please maintain minimum seven days gap between the preferred check-in dates. Only completed booking forms with original Holiday Voucher will be entertained. No booking of fax, phone or email will be accepted. All bookings are subject to availability especially in case of national holidays and long-weekend.
- Countrywide Holidays reserve the right to alternate days and hotels, in case of non-availability.
- A confirmation letter will be issued in the name of the applicant by our reservation office and all recipients and required to carry the original of the same to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel. Details of the hotel and destination will be mentioned therein. The status of a particular booking will be informed to the holder of this offer 10 days before the date of check-in.
- Once the letter of confirmation has been issued against a particular request, on changes thereafter will be entertained.
- The hotel has a right to change for additional facilities like extra bed, telephone calls, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities.
- The vacation offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-redeemable ageist Cash and can be requested for reservation only once against original holiday voucher.
- The offer does not include any other services or facilities not mentioned herein.
- Countrywide Holidays is only responsible for the availability of hotel accommodation as per terms mentioned herein.
- Consumer escalations and disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
